Legacy Circle exists to build a high-impact ecosystem of HBCU-connected executives, founders, and aligned leaders committed to economic growth, leadership development, and community impact.
It is being developed around the belief that individual and organizational success can create wider pathways for mentorship, student exposure, entrepreneurship, and long-term wealth creation within HBCU communities.
Founder
Keisha D. Shepherd
Keisha D. Shepherd is an engineer, entrepreneur, community builder, and Morgan State alumna who connects HBCU leaders around growth, relationships, and opportunity. She is the founder of Mystery AI and host of Mystery to Mastery, with more than 20 years of experience across technology, systems, and automation. Her work focuses on helping successful people grow while creating more access, mentorship, scholarships, and opportunity for others.
